Nicolas V. Dolce represents clients in complex commercial litigation, data privacy, cybersecurity, and class action matters. Nick assists clients in compliance, alternative dispute resolution, as well as all phases of litigation in state and federal jurisdictions throughout the United States.

Nick Dolce is an experienced trial attorney who is highly skilled in defending businesses in cyber, privacy, and technology disputes. Nick has developed a reputation for zealous trial advocacy and is a practical, trusted advisor to clients on litigation and compliance matters.

Along with the Clark Hill Cyber, Privacy, and Technology Litigation team, Nick has defended businesses in actions brought under the California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA), California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA), Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, Electronic Communication Privacy Act and other wiretapping statutes, Right to Publicity Act statues (IRPA), Video Privacy Protection Act (VPPA), and various other privacy, consumer protection, and cybersecurity-related state and federal laws and regulations.

Nick has experience defending individual and class actions and arbitrations arising out of the use of chatbots, session replay technology, and other tracking technologies. He also represents clients in disputes arising out of business email compromises and fraudulent wire transfers, and defends businesses in related data breach class actions.

As a commercial litigator, Nick has successfully counseled clients in high-profile bet-the-business disputes, carefully tailoring strategies to best serve his clients’ needs.
