Nicholas Centrella represents corporations, law firms, religious organizations, and hospitals in litigation matters. For non-profit religious organizations, Nick has experience defending institutional negligence cases arising from sexual abuse claims. For hospitals, Nick has defended medical malpractice claims and claims involving both the failure to report and alleged false reporting of child abuse claims. For law firm clients, Nick has defended AmLaw 100 and other law firms in legal malpractice cases and other types of suits alleging professional negligence or wrongdoing. For corporate clients, Nick has litigated commercial disputes, civil RICO claims and has defended corporations and corporate officers in grand jury investigations and criminal proceedings.
