Neva Watchorne advises individual and corporate clients on a broad range of residential and commercial property matters. Her practice includes acting in the acquisition and disposal of residential and commercial property, advising on commercial leases and providing guidance in relation to security documentation and property related court applications. She ensures that transactions are structured and documented to protect clients’ legal and commercial interests while progressing efficiently and smoothly.

Neva also advises on residential tenancies, including clients’ rights and obligations under tenancy legislation, and has represented clients in enforcing determination orders in the District Court and Circuit Court.

In addition to property work, Neva regularly acts in complex probate matters, guiding clients through the administration of estates with sensitivity, precision, and attention to detail.

Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Neva practised as a barrister for six years, gaining extensive advocacy experience across personal injuries, family law, and property law matters. This combined background enables her to bring both strong litigation insight and transactional expertise to clients.

Neva is committed to delivering practical, solution-focused advice and building long-term client relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and results.  She is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin and the Kings Inns and a member of the Law Society of Ireland.
