Molly Jones supports clients in a variety of industries to secure employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant status for their foreign workforce in the United States.

Molly works with clients and their foreign national employees to develop immigration strategies that align with their short-term needs and long-term employment goals. She is adept at guiding clients through the process of obtaining temporary employment-based visas in the E, H, L, and TN categories for their employees, as well as permanent residency.
