Mir Sadra Nabavi assists employers across industries in securing employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant status for their foreign national employees.

Sadra works with employers and their foreign national employees to develop immigration strategies that align with business and employment objectives. This includes preparing employment-based nonimmigrant visa petitions such as H and TN, as well as immigrant-based petitions, including PERM labor certifications and I-140 immigrant petitions.

Sadra also works with clients on I-9 compliance and internal audits, supporting businesses in maintaining lawful workforce practices.
