Michell Pacheco focuses his practice on commercial litigation, contract disputes, and a wide array of corporate and bankruptcy matters.

Michell represents creditors, business debtors, and owners in all phases of litigation proceedings, including drafting responsive pleadings, filing proofs of claim in bankruptcy matters, and working through discovery and dispositive motions. Michell also assists lenders and businesses by evaluating and resolving issues in chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings.

Prior to joining Clark Hill, Michell was a summer associate at Clark Hill and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Mary L. Mikva of the Illinois Appellate Court. He employs his clerkship experience as well as his detail-oriented skills to provide a unique and valuable perspective to his clients’ issues.

Michell is a fluent Spanish speaker and writer and has experience drafting and interacting with Spanish-speaking clients.
