Michell Pacheco focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, class action defense, contract disputes, and a broad range of of corporate and bankruptcy matters. He also represents individuals, families, and financial institutions in probate, trust, and guardianship controversies.

Michell has extensive experience defending clients across diverse industries, including vehicle manufacturers in product liability class actions involving claims under the Uniform Commercial Code, state-specific breach of warranty laws, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, common law fraud, and consumer protection statutes. He also represents creditors, business debtors, and owners in all phases of bankruptcy litigation, including Chapter 7 and 11 proceedings, and other insolvency-related matters across industries such as food and agriculture and manufacturing.

Michell has handled all phases of litigation, from early case strategy and dispositive motions to discovery. His experience includes drafting successful motions to dismiss and summary judgement, conducting depositions, preparing witnesses, and managing large-scale discovery efforts.

In every case, Michell takes a practical, results-driven approach, working closely with clients to develop tailored litigation strategies that align with their business objectives and risk tolerance.
