Michael S. Moehlman concentrates his practice on the acquisition and financing of business entities. In the acquisition area, Mike represents both purchasers and sellers in transactions involving mergers and asset sales where the consideration ranges from cash to New York Stock Exchange-listed securities. He also helps clients organize long-term joint ventures and strategic alliances. Mike handles equity and debt financings for companies seeking financing for new ventures and ongoing operations. He helps arrange venture capital financing for high technology companies, representing both entrepreneurs and venture capital groups, and has extensive experience in international and U.S. transactions for energy and industrial development projects. Mike also acts as an arbitrator or mediator in complex financial and commercial disputes.
