Melissa E. Garcia assists clients in the areas of commercial litigation and labor and employment matters.

Melissa conducts legal research and analysis to help clients achieve favorable results. She provides support in drafting complaints, answers to complaints, discovery requests and responses, motions, legal memoranda, and more.

As a law student, Melissa worked as a summer associate at Clark Hill. She also worked as a law clerk in the Immigration Clinic at IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law.

Melissa is bilingual in Spanish and has experience interacting with Spanish-speaking clients.
