Meaghan Kuelbs

Meaghan Kuelbs advises and represents employers in employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.

Meaghan provides assistance and counsel to her clients on critical aspects of the employment relationship, including hiring, employment practices and policies, workplace investigations, requests for accommodation, and separation. She brings nearly twenty years of federal government experience to navigate clients through the administrative process. Meaghan also has experience litigating cases under the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.

In addition to litigation, Meaghan brings familiarity with the regulations underlying the federal anti-discrimination laws, including the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act and Americans with Disabilities Act. Her government experience allows her to anticipate problems before they arise and provide employers with advice that is conducive to a healthy and productive work environment.
