Matthew Spolsky is a seasoned commercial litigation attorney proficient in managing cases from inception to resolution. His commitment lies in comprehensively understanding each client’s individual requirements, allowing him to tailor strategies for optimal results.

Active in the legal community, Matthew serves on the Executive Committee of the San Diego County Bar Association (SDCBA) New Lawyers Division and holds a position on the executive committee of the SDCBA’s Sports and Entertainment Law Section.

Furthermore, Matthew has diversified his expertise by joining the ESG & Sustainability GTM team at CH, aiming to broaden his scope beyond litigation. His involvement extends to judicial interviews for the SDCBA NLD, where he has conducted interviews with four judges in San Diego.

With a background encompassing construction cases, defense litigation, products liability, government tort claims, and website consumer privacy cases at Clark Hill, Matthew brings a wealth of experience to his practice. Matthew has prior experience in subrogation and defense litigation, and he eagerly anticipates delving into additional real estate work for Clark Hill.
