Matthew Forslund

Matt’s capabilities include drafting various corporate documents and assisting with due diligence projects of small and large acquisitions. Matt also assists clients by conducting legal research on an array of corporate law issues. In his two summers during law school, Matt was a summer associate in the corporate practice group at an international law firm and a law clerk in the legal department of a nationally recognized construction company. He graduated summa cum laude from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Duquesne University, a distinction reserved for the top 5% of his graduating class.
