Martin Uribe Francia is a seasoned immigration attorney with more than a decade of experience. As the son of immigrants, Martín has a personal connection to immigration issues, which fuels his dedication to the field. Since 2009, he has worked in various capacities for immigration law firms, gaining extensive experience managing clients across diverse sectors, including technology, healthcare, education, startups, and entertainment.

Martín is known for delivering tailored immigration solutions to his clients and their employees. His work spans updating immigration and global mobility programs, conducting I-9 audits, guiding clients through administrative site visits, and leading in-person presentations and webinars. He also collaborates with executives to enhance the overall employee immigration experience.

Martín’s practice covers a wide range of immigration matters, including nonimmigrant visas (H-1B, L-1, O-1, E, TN, and others) as well as immigrant visa applications, such as PERM, I-130, I-140, National Interest Waivers, and Adjustment of Status. He is also experienced with DACA, TPS, naturalization, and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status cases.
