Mariah Leffingwell advises clients on various data privacy, cybersecurity, and other regulatory matters. She strives to provide clients with value-added counsel that aligns with their business objectives.

Mariah is experienced in conducting gap assessments for clients based on the CCPA and GDPR, and other regulatory frameworks. She stays abreast of developments in cybersecurity best practices to advance client objectives in privacy in both the public and private sectors.

As threat actors become more prolific, clients require guidance on navigating this everchanging landscape. When clients experience a data breach, Mariah is available 24/7 to effectively respond to the incident by coordinating forensic experts and insurance professionals, preparing consumer and regulatory notification communications, and responding to enforcement actions.

Mariah also has significant experience in the maritime industry and is well prepared to advise on cybersecurity best practices pertaining to maritime and port security.
