Madison Shepley represents clients in class action, product liability, and commercial general liability matters. She is well-versed in federal law and procedure and has assisted clients on product liability, complex consumer class action, and insurance coverage disputes filed in federal courts in Illinois, California, Florida, and Texas.

She has successfully defended product and automobile manufacturers, transportation companies, energy suppliers, and insurance companies; obtaining favorable results via dispositive motion practice and alternative dispute resolution for these clients.

Madison assists clients in all phases of litigation and alternative resolution at the state and federal levels, from pre-suit and filing, through all matters of discovery, depositions, motion practice, arguing motions, case management, and into alternative dispute resolution and mediation. Her background in civil defense litigation also includes premises and general negligence, wrongful death, transportation, Federal Employer’s Liability Act, and Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act matters.
