Madison C. Geiger assists clients in matters involving bankruptcy, insolvency, and restructuring, as well as a range of banking and lending matters. Madison has experience representing creditors and lenders in a variety of distressed situations, including corporate bankruptcy cases, receiverships, assignments for the benefit of creditors, wind-downs, and Article 9 foreclosures.

Madison represents financial institutions and corporate borrowers in the negotiation, documentation, and closing of commercial, corporate, and real estate financing transactions, including credit facilities, acquisition financings, and construction loans.
