Leila Mustafa defends clients in the transportation, manufacturing, and insurance industries. Her primary practice areas include commercial accidents, products liability, and premises liability.

Leila possesses extensive nationwide trial‑advocacy knowledge, having litigated matters in more than a dozen states. She also brings significant federal court brief‑writing experience—at both the district and appellate levels—stemming from her earlier career in civil rights and national security litigation.

As her practice evolved, Leila spent years handling asbestos, toxic‑tort, and mass‑tort matters within the complex personal injury arena. She also regularly counseled small businesses on contractual disputes and best employment practices. These experiences, combined with her informed background in transportation law—both credential‑related and trucking litigation—provide her with unique insight into helping clients avoid litigation when possible and defend it effectively when necessary.
