Kristina received her B.A. in International Affairs from the University of Oklahoma in 2023 and her M.A. in European and Eurasian Studies from George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs in 2025. Her academic foundation in global affairs, complemented by pro-bono consulting work with the U.S. Department of State, informs her approach to domestic policy, particularly on issues where U.S. regulatory decisions intersect with international trade dynamics and supply chain resilience.
Kristina tracks legislative, budgetary, and regulatory developments across her portfolio, serving as her clients’ eyes and ears in Washington — proactively flagging emerging developments through targeted, real-time alerts to ensure they remain well-informed and positioned to act. She also drafts the full range of materials clients need to advance their objectives, including public regulatory comments, authorizing bill language, appropriations requests, and informational one-pagers, keeping clients’ priorities and voice at the center of every product.
Kristina also plays a key role in helping clients make the most of their time in Washington. When delegations travel to the Hill or the Executive Branch for stakeholder meetings, she ensures every interaction is purposeful and well-prepared, coordinating logistics, crafting tailored leave-behinds, and briefing clients on the political dynamics and priorities of the offices they will meet with. Her goal is to ensure that every conversation moves the needle.
Kristina brings analytical rigor, legislative fluency, and on-the-ground presence to every client relationship and is committed to turning complex policy into clear, actionable strategy.
