Kimberly Ford assists clients in estate planning, probate, trust administration, guardianship of minor children, and provides fiduciary litigation support.

Kimberly helps clients achieve their estate planning goals by creating a tailored plan that works best for them. She prepares Wills, trusts, powers of attorney, marital property agreements, and other legal documents appropriate for a client’s specific situation. Kimberly guides clients through the probate process in counties throughout Texas. She helps families and friends resolve a loved one’s final affairs even when there might be some contentious matters involved.

While in law school, Kimberly interned at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Texas and for the Honorable Marialyn Barnard the Fourth Court of Appeals for the State of Texas. She served as a Comment Editor for the St. Mary’s Law Journal for Volume 45.

Kimberly is Board Certified in Estate Planning & Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
