Kimberly A. Ford
Kimberly A. Ford is a senior attorney in Clark Hill’s Tax and Estate Planning practice group. Kimberly has experience in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration and proceedings, guardianship, and assistance with fiduciary litigation. She has assisted in various IRS filings for nonprofits and other business entities. Kimberly attended the University of Texas at Austin and went on to receive her J.D. at St. Mary’s University School of Law. During her education, she worked for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Texas and the Fourth Court of Appeals for the State of Texas where she served as an intern for the Honorable Marialyn Barnard. Kimberly also teaches as an adjunct faculty member at the University of the Incarnate Word.
