Kendall Fann represents clients in civil litigation with a focus on surety, construction, and contract claims. Kendall assists sureties, contractors, and other business clients in the investigation and litigation of bond claims, contract disputes, liens, and related claims.

Kendall has worked extensively and is licensed in the state courts of Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, and Tennessee, as well as several related U.S. District Courts, and has assisted her clients in several other states and jurisdictions.

Kendall’s experience spans all phases of the litigation process— drafting pleadings, conducting written discovery and depositions, briefing and arguing motions, participating in mediations, and trying cases, including a jury trial to verdict. She is adept at identifying emerging issues as litigation evolves, adjusting defense strategies, and keeping clients informed of case developments and strategic considerations.

Before transitioning into surety work, Kendall practiced insurance defense, representing clients in a wide range of matters including construction, trucking, and premises liability claims. Kendall has also represented businesses in cases involving allegations of discrimination, ADA violations, and contract disputes.
