Kelsey Christensen advises foreign and domestic clients in trade remedy proceedings, customs matters, and export controls before the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. International Trade Commission, Customs and Border Protection, and Department of State.

Kelsey brings experience from the U.S. government, including the U.S. International Trade Commission, where she worked on antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings.  In her current practice, she assists clients with regulatory trade compliance and access to U.S. and foreign markets for their goods and services. Kelsey also advises clients on international trade controls and economic sanctions.
