Kelsey Christensen advises foreign and domestic clients in trade remedy proceedings, customs matters, and export controls before the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. International Trade Commission, Customs and Border Protection, and Department of State. In her current practice, she assists clients with regulatory trade compliance and access to U.S. and foreign markets for their goods and services. Kelsey tracks the variety of tariff changes implemented in 2025, and provides detailed stacking analysis and valuation guidance to client. She also advises clients on international trade controls and economic sanctions. Kelsey is experienced in developing legal arguments and economic analysis for antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings. She also has successfully litigated customs protests, antidumping, and countervailing duty matters before the U.S. Court of International Trade.

In addition to her legal practice, Kelsey is also a director at Clark Hill Public Strategies (CHPS), where she liaises with CHPS professionals to assist clients with advocacy on Capitol Hill related to international trade and tariff matters.

Prior to joining Clark Hill, Kelsey worked in the U.S. government, including the U.S. International Trade Commission’s Office of the General Counsel where she analyzed staff reports, attended hearings, and drafted Commission opinions on antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings.
