Kelly Minguez

Associate Business Unit Director

Kelly Minguez serves as Associate Business Unit Director for the Immigration practice. With nearly 15 years of experience in human resources and business immigration, as well as previously serving as the group’s Managing Paralegal, Kelly brings a unique perspective to managing the daily operations for the Immigration practice. Kelly is responsible for managing financial performance, strategic growth, hiring and onboarding, and cross-practice collaboration.

Kelly works closely with Clark Hill’s Immigration attorneys to ensure they are thoroughly supported and clients’ legal needs and expectations are fulfilled. She has a keen eye for complex problem-solving, attorney and staff engagement, and identifying cost-saving initiatives and efficiency.
