Kelcie Fay represents businesses and property owners in commercial and construction-related disputes. She helps clients navigate litigation and resolve conflicts involving contracts, construction projects, and other business matters while keeping their objectives at the forefront.

Kelcie assists clients through all phases of litigation, from case evaluation and strategic planning through discovery, motion practice, and dispute resolution. She approaches each matter with a focus on understanding her clients’ goals and developing practical solutions aligned with their business needs.

Her experience includes researching and analyzing legal issues, drafting pleadings and motions, evaluating claims and defenses, and supporting litigation strategy in matters involving commercial disputes, construction-related issues, contract claims, and property concerns. She works closely with clients and litigation teams to help position matters for favorable outcomes while minimizing disruption to business operations.
