Kamryn T. Gallardo

As part of the Trusts and Estates litigation group, Kamryn Gallardo represents individuals, families, and financial institutions in probate, trust, and guardianship controversies.

Kamryn assists clients with litigation involving various claims related to trusts and estates, including breach of fiduciary duty, undue influence, lack of capacity, fraud, duress, and negligence. Her practice also involves the litigation and administration of actions involving powers of attorney, petitions for guardianship for adults with disabilities, and pre- and post-death will and trust contests.

Prior to joining Clark Hill, Kamryn was a litigation associate at a prominent Chicago law firm, where her practice included a broad range of civil litigation in state and federal courts across the United States. In this role, Kamryn gained valuable skills in legal writing, analysis, and argumentation, which are integral to her current practice.
