Kaetlin A. Martin represents businesses in complex civil and commercial litigation, with experience handling surety, construction, contract, and other business-related disputes. She counsels corporate clients across a range of industries in state and federal courts, helping them navigate litigation risk while advancing their broader business objectives.

Kaetlin’s practice encompasses commercial disputes involving breach of contract, surety and construction claims, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, and other business torts. She manages matters through all stages of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation. Working closely with clients, Kaetlin provides practical, business-minded counsel designed to help organizations assess risk, make informed strategic decisions, and pursue efficient resolutions to disputes.

In addition to her litigation practice, Kaetlin has experience advising businesses on corporate and transactional matters. She has assisted clients with contract drafting and negotiation, entity governance, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, licensing agreements, asset purchase transactions, and other commercial arrangements. This experience gives her a broader understanding of the legal and operational considerations businesses face and informs her practical approach to resolving disputes.
