Kaetlin A. Martin defends businesses in complex commercial disputes and helps companies navigate litigation risk with practical, strategic counsel. She represents corporate clients across a range of industries in state and federal courts, guiding them through every stage of the litigation process while advancing their business objectives.

Kaetlin’s practice focuses on commercial litigation involving claims such as breach of contract, fraud, fiduciary duty, negligence, and other business torts. She manages all phases of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediation strategy, and trial preparation. Working closely with clients, she provides clear, business-minded guidance designed to help organizations evaluate risk, make informed decisions, and pursue efficient resolutions to disputes.

In addition to her litigation experience, Kaetlin has advised businesses on a variety of corporate and transactional matters. She has assisted clients with contract drafting and negotiation, entity governance matters, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, licensing agreements, asset purchase transactions, and other commercial arrangements. This experience gives her a broader understanding of the legal and operational issues businesses face and informs her practical approach to dispute resolution.
