Justin Wear

Senior Counsel

Justin Wear’s practice focuses on areas of fidelity law, commercial surety law, cyber risk and liability insurance coverage, D&O and E&O insurance, and commercial litigation. He represents insureds on matters of coverage investigation, coverage evaluation, and coverage litigation.

Justin received his bachelor of arts, magna cum laude, from the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee, and his Juris Doctor, summa cum laude and Order of the Coif, from the University of Tennessee College of Law in Knoxville, Tennessee. During law school, he was a member of the Tennessee Law Review.

Justin is a frequent author, presenter, and chair for numerous publications and programs relevant to his practice and his clients’ interests. Prior to joining Clark Hill, he practiced for more than two decades with a prominent Nashville law firm.
