Justin Blair is a corporate attorney who works at the intersection of traditional deal-making and the sports and entertainment industries. His core practice covers mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities offerings, franchising, and general corporate matters for public and private companies, from entity formation and governance to corporate finance, commercial contracts, and strategic exits. His experience also includes asset management and investment matters, tax-efficient reorganizations, and trust formation and related estate planning matters. He also advises boards on disclosure obligations, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Justin has built a growing sports and entertainment practice alongside this foundation. He advises college athletes, athletic departments, and apparel brands on name, image, and likeness (NIL) transactions and compliance matters, while also representing musical artists and producers in recording and licensing negotiations. His work in the entertainment space also includes intellectual property enforcement and takedown matters, as well as the formation of entertainment ventures. He also counsels early-stage companies in the space, helping founders navigate formation and financing as they build their businesses.

Justin has cultivated strong relationships throughout the broader sports community, which have become a key pipeline for his athlete advisory work.
