Joshua Villarreal’s practice focuses on product liability, class action defense, and complex commercial disputes. He advises clients on risk management, regulatory compliance, and strategic defense strategies. Josh is dedicated to understanding his clients’ businesses and motivations in an effort to craft an individual and tailored approach to resolving complex disputes.

Josh also has experience in representing individuals and businesses in a broad range of litigation, including construction litigation, commercial litigation, architect and engineer defense, and premises liability. He maintains a large docket and has gained experience taking and defending depositions, briefing and arguing pre-trial motions, and engaging in direct settlement negotiations.
