Joseph McCarthy advises a broad range of businesses and nonprofit organizations on matters such as formation, corporate structure and governance, mergers and acquisitions, general commercial transactions, and due diligence.

Joseph aims to provide high quality legal services quickly and efficiently to all clients. Prior to joining Clark Hill, Joseph was a Summer Associate with the firm’s corporate practice group. He graduated magna cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law and served as the Executive Editor of Michigan State Law Review.
