Joseph “Joe” Archambeau supports businesses, their owners, and committees in several industries as they navigate financial changes. He has experience with restructuring out of court, combinations, bankruptcy, and litigation.

Joe has represented several committees of unsecured creditors in high-profile mass tort bankruptcies, netting several creditor committees eight-figure settlements. His experience also includes Chapter 11 debtor representation, assignments for the benefit of creditors, fiduciary representations, creditors’ rights, and combinations.

Joe’s clients run the gamut from large, publicly traded companies to smaller, privately held ones, start-ups, nonprofits, food and agriculture, construction, and real estate

Prior to joining Clark Hill, Joe was an associate at a multinational law firm, where he specialized in mass-tort bankruptcy litigation and distressed combinations for large corporations.
