Before joining Clark Hill, Josefina held senior roles in global professional services firms, where she led international immigration teams and advised multinational organizations on complex mobility frameworks. Her experience includes managing large client portfolios, optimizing operational performance, and developing strategies that integrate immigration into global HR and talent functions.
