Jose Armando Vega

Jose Armando Vega is a commercial litigator who represents clients in the construction and real estate industries, be it through pre-lawsuit counseling or litigation in state and federal courts across the United States. He is a trusted advisor with a technical background, and legal understanding of Texas’s construction industry.

Jose’s practice includes construction, surety, and real estate disputes, including the investigation and litigation of surety, contract, lien, fraud, and related claims. He represents sureties, contractors, and other construction and business clients, and is licensed to practice in all Texas state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Clark Hill, Jose practiced commercial litigation with a boutique litigation firm in Galveston, Texas. During law school, he competed in national appellate advocacy competitions, and served as a judicial intern for the Texas First Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
