John Bonaccorsi

John Bonaccorsi is a member in the firm’s commercial real estate practice. He works with clients in the acquisition, sale, development, leasing, and financing of office, retail, manufacturing, and industrial properties, including mixed-use projects, single-tenant and multi-tenant buildings, and condominiums. John has extensive experience negotiating leases for clients in the logistics, warehousing, and distribution industries.

In addition, he often advises clients on commercial transactions; with a particular emphasis on commercial contracts for clients in the areas of nonprofit, food and beverage, and the arts.
