John Bonaccorsi works with clients in the acquisition, sale, development, leasing, and financing of retail, office, manufacturing, and industrial properties, including shopping centers, mixed-use projects, single-tenant and multi-tenant buildings, and condominiums. John has extensive experience advising anchor tenants and major retail occupants on high-value acquisitions of former big-box spaces, including the structuring and execution of redevelopment strategies within existing shopping centers, and negotiating leases for clients in the logistics, warehousing, and distribution industries.

In addition, he often advises clients on commercial transactions; with a particular emphasis on commercial contracts for clients in the areas of food and beverage, and the arts.
