Jacqueline Scoboria

Associate

Jackie Scoboria litigates complex commercial and employment disputes across state and federal courts. She supports clients across a wide range of industries in all stages of litigation and provides strategic counsel on a variety of regulatory and compliance issues. Her litigation practice includes conducting in-depth legal research and analysis, developing case strategy, and drafting pleadings and dispositive and other substantive motions. She also has experience handling employment-related disputes and advising clients on issues arising in the workplace.

In addition to her litigation practice, Jackie counsels clients on environmental regulatory matters, helping businesses navigate complex and evolving regulatory requirements and assess compliance obligations. She brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to each matter and works collaboratively to develop practical and effective legal strategies.

Prior to joining Clark Hill as an associate, Jackie interned with the firm’s Labor & Employment group. During law school, Jackie also worked as a law clerk for a nonprofit organization, a boutique employment law firm, and served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jeffrey L. Schmehl, U.S.D.J. in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
