Ivy Liu represents corporate clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and U.S. Department of Labor in obtaining nonimmigrant statuses, permanent residency, and citizenship for their employees. She handles complex immigration matters for individuals and companies of all sizes ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to startups.

Ivy has extensive experience educating and guiding her clients through the PERM labor certification, green card, and naturalization processes. She also assists clients securing temporary work visas, and advises on family-based as well as investment immigrant petitions.

Ivy works with corporate clients in a variety of industries, including IT, engineering, financial, medical, nutrition, construction, media, and marketing, etc.
