Holly Naehritz

Senior Attorney

Holly Naehritz counsels clients on various insurance coverage matters, with a focus on commercial crime policies and fidelity bonds.

Holly provides advice regarding coverage analysis and investigation on a variety of insurance claims, including those involving financial institution bonds, employee theft and dishonesty, social engineering losses, cyber crimes, computer fraud, directors and officers liability, employment practices liability, and fiduciary liability. Holly works with clients during the initial coverage determination and throughout all phases of litigation if an amicable resolution is not reached.

Before joining Clark Hill, Holly worked as a law clerk for a federal judge in the Northern District of Texas and then for a regional law firm defending a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including personal injury, product liability, premises liability, dram shop, trucking, and healthcare liability claims.
