Associate

Harrison C. Fisher represents clients in complex litigation involving commercial disputes, healthcare liability claims, insurance defense, fidelity and surety matters, and professional liability.  He regularly represents insurance companies and their insureds against claims of negligence, gross negligence, professional liability, and commercial disputes at the state and federal court level.

Harrison assists clients through internal investigations, all phases of discovery, and representation at trial.  He also counsels clients regarding best practices for limiting liability exposure.

Prior to joining Clark Hill, Harrison worked in a South Texas litigation firm where he represented clients in a wide variety of industries in defending against personal injury claims, civil rights claims, creditors’ rights, healthcare liability claims, real estate matters, oil and gas catastrophic injury claims, and regulatory compliance.  He also gained experience serving as outside general counsel for a non-profit university.  Harrison uses that experience to effectively communicate defense strategy and expectations through every stage of litigation to his clients and their legal departments.
