Brian Garrison

Associate

Brian Garrison has substantial experience representing landlords and tenants in commercial leasing matters across a variety of asset classes, including healthcare, retail, office, and shopping centers. He also advises clients throughout the full lifecycle of real estate acquisitions and dispositions, from negotiating and preparing transaction documents through due diligence, title review, and closing.

Drawing on extensive experience in real estate operations and portfolio management, Brian understands the practical business considerations that drive his clients’ decisions and develops bespoke solutions to address their unique objectives and challenges.

Prior to joining Clark Hill, Brian represented a Fortune 500 company in ground lease transactions and managed a real estate portfolio of more than 400 properties for a Fortune 500 healthcare company. Brian has worked internationally in Frankfurt am Main, Germany and Bangkok, Thailand. Brian is a CFA Charterholder.
