Garrett McCann

Garrett McCann is a registered patent agent with eight years of experience preparing and prosecuting U.S. and foreign patent applications. His experience includes patent searching and analysis in support of a variety of investigations, including patentability, invalidity, infringement, and right-to-use.

Garrett attended Arizona State University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering, as well as a Master’s degree in both Biomedical Engineering and Legal Studies. His broad and diverse technical background enables him to handle highly complex technologies such as neurorehabilitation, quantum mechanics, and biological scaffolds. Garrett’s ability to understand four languages facilitates his work in connection with many foreign patent matters.
