Fallon Martinez represents employers in a range of labor and employment matters. From individual claims to class and representative actions, Fallon helps clients understand their exposure, build defensible practices, and resolve disputes efficiently, whether at the negotiating table or in court.

Fallon works closely with clients to assess risk, respond to agency investigations, and defend against claims brought under California’s Labor Code and the Fair Labor Standards Act. Her goal is to help clients resolve matters on the best terms possible while building stronger compliance frameworks going forward.

Before joining Clark Hill, Fallon developed her litigation foundation at prior law firms, gaining hands-on experience in employment defense from early case assessment through trial preparation.
