Evan Williamson represents lenders, private credit funds, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers in complex acquisition and leverage financing transactions. He advises clients on debt financings, restructurings, and other strategic transactions, helping them manage risk and achieve their business objectives.

Evan focuses his practice on secured and unsecured financings, acquisition financings, debt restructurings, and liability management exercises. His experience includes representing energy companies in reserve-based lending matters, advising lender groups, and supporting financings involving securitizations and warehouse credit facilities.
