Evan Williamson represents lenders, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers in complex financing transactions. He advises clients on debt financings, restructurings, and other strategic transactions, helping them manage risk and achieve their business objectives.

Evan focuses his practice on secured and unsecured financings, acquisition financings, debt restructurings, and liability management transactions. His experience includes representing energy companies in reserve-based lending matters, advising lender groups, and supporting financings involving securitizations and warehouse credit facilities. Before joining Clark Hill, he practiced at international law firms where he counseled financial institutions, private equity firms, and corporate borrowers on a broad range of financing transactions.
