Erin Smith represents clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, subleases, occupancy agreements, and real estate and land development matters. Her practice spans many industries, including warehouse, industrial and distribution facilities, multi-tenant and multi-use buildings, office, retail, and manufacturing facilities.

Erin has represented and counseled landlords and tenants, local, regional, and national commercial real estate developers, public institutions, non-profit entities, business entities and corporations of all sizes in transactions throughout the county. In working with clients, Erin acts as a partner, focusing on understanding each of her clients’ goals and working closely with them to negotiate and draft agreements that achieve their unique goals, and to guide clients through their transactions to reach successful conclusions.
