Eric Bleich is a registered patent attorney who counsels clients on protecting their technological innovations and other intellectual property assets. Having nearly 20 years of legal experience, Eric has assisted a broad range of clients with these matters in several diverse industries.

Eric’s patent-focused work for clients includes preparation, procurement, and portfolio management. He prosecutes both U.S. and international patent applications. Eric also prepares opinions of counsel including patentability, freedom-to-operate, invalidity, and non-infringement. In addition, Eric conducts investigations as the underlying bases for such opinions.

Beyond his considerable transactional experience, Eric has also helped handle intellectual property litigation and quasi-legal administrative proceedings in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, including inter parte reviews (IPRs).
