Drawing on experience in private practice, government, and policy-focused roles, Emily brings a well-rounded perspective to business immigration matters. Prior to joining Clark Hill, she advised multinational employers on complex immigration and compliance issues. She also served with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, where she conducted statutory and regulatory analysis involving immigration and national security matters. This combination of legal, regulatory, and policy experience enables Emily to provide thoughtful, business-focused counsel as employers navigate today’s immigration challenges.
