Emily Corbeille advises employers on employment-based immigration matters, helping businesses navigate workforce mobility, compliance requirements, and evolving immigration regulations. She counsels corporate clients on nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processes, including temporary work visas and permanent residence matters.

Emily brings experience from private practice, government, and policy-focused roles. Prior to joining Clark Hill, she advised multinational employers on complex immigration and compliance matters and previously served with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, where she conducted statutory and regulatory analysis related to immigration and national security issues. Her background enables her to provide practical, business-minded guidance to employers navigating today’s immigration landscape.
