Edward Johnston provides corporate and commercial law services to Irish companies and businesses. He frequently assists his clients with corporate restructurings, reorganizations, cash-extraction schemes, investments as well as company mergers and acquisitions.
Edward regularly serves clients in business transactions by advising on the legal and commercial consequences of company acquisitions and dispositions and offering structuring alternatives.
