DJ Hauben represents financial institutions and corporate borrowers in the negotiation, documentation, and closing of commercial, corporate, and real estate financing transactions.

DJ’s practice is transactional and includes assisting clients with credit facilities, construction loans, acquisition financing, and general corporate lending matters. She works closely with lenders and borrowers to support the execution of complex financing deals across a variety of asset types and industries.
