Diana’s practice experience includes H-1B, L-1, TN, and O-1 petitions, as well as PERM labor certification matters, EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa petitions (Form I-140), adjustment of status applications, and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs). She manages a substantial caseload and works directly with clients to gather information, coordinate documentation, provide case updates, and facilitate efficient processing of immigration matters.
In addition to petition preparation and case management, Diana monitors the status of filed applications and petitions, maintains immigration records, and utilizes immigration case management technology to support workflow efficiency and client service. Her ability to coordinate multiple matters simultaneously helps legal teams and clients stay on track with filing requirements and business objectives.
Before focusing on business immigration, Diana gained experience in a law firm environment supporting litigation matters, where she assisted with document preparation, court filings, calendaring, client communications, and administrative case support. This background strengthened her organizational skills and attention to detail, which continue to inform her work on complex immigration matters. As a bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish, she is able to communicate effectively with a diverse client base and facilitate clear, efficient interactions throughout the legal process.
